Bleaching and Dyeing

I was looking for suitable materials to make Una's clothes from in a pile of my old clothes that were too worn to be used for much else. I found some good materials but some of them were the wrong colour, so I decided to bleach them and redye them. I did some tests to see if it would work.

The bleach only worked on one of the fabrics, and reduced the colour to a lighter grey. I dyed this with orange and it came out pretty close to the colour I was after for the hoody. I then rubbed in a bit of charcoal to give it a dirty, worn feel.
